Te’ Kutil

Te’ has an extensive background in luxury fashion and design. She worked as a merchandise manager and franchise manager for Benetton, one of the leading fashion houses for many years. Benetton was known for luxuriously detailed, colorful fabrics and therefore Te’ has a real “eye” for fabric construction and fabric detail when it comes to interior design. Additionally, Te’ owned and operated several luxury boutiques selling high end product only found in the most exclusive stores in the world.

Te’ has been designing homes for affluent clientele across the United States for many years. Because of her extensive travels, Te’ loves to incorporate items from around the world in her clients’ homes. Her favorite style is soft contemporary mixed with antiques. Her goal is to help her clients think “outside the box” and yet feel comfortable in their homes.

Coco Franklin

After more than 20 years of owning her own interior design studio, Coco Franklin Interiors, in Los Gatos, CA, CoCo decided to pack up and move to Scottsdale so her 14-year-old son could play for the Junior Coyotes Elite hockey team. She also has a daughter that attends the University of Oregon.

She has experience in a wide array of projects including tear downs, remodels, poolscapes, and art. Being an abstract artist herself, she often uses nature as a source for inspiration.

CoCo enjoys using various textures because she believes visual art can inspire, and makes us feel emotional, makes us think, makes us see things in ways we never would have. Her signature style hails spaces that are clean and comfortable. She typically chooses neutral tones with accents of vibrant colors.

Renee Carignan

Renee first became interested in design when she was in fourth grade. She created a stage and models for an assignment. Later, Renee attended Southern Illinois University to study Fashion Merchandising and Design. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree she worked in visual merchandising and management at various women's boutiques in Chicago.

Over 20 years ago Renee relocated to Arizona where she decided to pursue Interior Design. Her love of mixing fabric colors and textures and visual merchandising taught her how to create balance and harmony within a space. It felt like a natural transition.

Renee’s favorite part of design is learning about her clients so she can adapt to their personalities. She thinks our homes should reflect who we are and be a comfortable and cozy place to be.

Renee’s personal style is eclectic with a modern edge. She likes using Neutral colors for larger pieces and pops of color for accent. She prefers simple, clean and Green Design.

Erica Wolf

Erica’s love for design started when she was a little girl. Her mother had a passion for design and growing up with someone who loved design sprouted the seed that perhaps this could be something she would want to do as a career. She ended up doing exactly that, earning her  Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from West Virginia University.

Erica grew up in a family where everything you did, was done to help others. Her brothers decided to do this in the medical field, but Erica saw how her education and passion could help people in a different way. Her route to helping others was through interior design. To create a space where one feels welcomed, comfortable, cozy and loved.

Her signature style is comfortable yet modern. She typically chooses neutral tones with a splash of color. She loves to incorporate plants into a space to give a natural inside/outside feel. Her ultimate goal is to provide a personal sanctuary for all of her clients.

Cynthia Astorga

DESIGN Assistant

Cynthia knew at a young age that she had a knack for interior design. Growing up in a small town, she was forced to be creative to stay entertained. Her and her sister would look through interior design magazines, cut out their favorite designs and tape them in their dollhouse and imagine it as their own home.

As Cynthia grew up her she found herself immersed in the world of photography. A client of hers asked her to help design her home. She loved the feeling and all the liberties that came with creating a beautiful space. She was also able to use her photography background to inspire her to look beyond the setting, and visualize a really great end product down to the very last detail.

Since then, Cynthia has done commercial work, designing coffee shops, and various office spaces. She wants to dive deeper with residential design and is excited to continue that journey with La Maison Interiors. She considers herself a style chameleon, and is open to to everything when it comes to design. As long as her clients smile at the end product, that is what she cares most about.
